Phase 1 — Document collect (Day 1)

- Khud se: state Bhulekh portal par same Khasra search — guide.
- ULPIN field note karo agar dikhe — ULPIN guide.
- Registry chain 30 saal — sub-registrar office ya NGDRS.
- Mutation status pending to nahi — mutation guide.
Phase 2 — Area math (Day 2-3)
Record area metric mein — convert local unit mein:
• North: Bigha (27,225 sq ft Pucca RJ), Kanal (5,445 sq ft), Marla
• West: Guntha (1,089 sq ft), acre
• South: Cent (435.6 sq ft), Ground
Broker quote ÷ verified sq ft = ₹/sq ft — compare circle rate.
