Bhu Naksha = zameen ka digital map — aap apna plot boundary, neighbours, aur kabhi roads/canals dekhte ho satellite/map layer par. DILRMP ne 84%+ villages mein textual record + spatial map link kar diya hai. Area sirf number nahi — shape bhi matter karti hai. 1 Bigha galat shape = usable area kam.

Bhu Naksha kya hai?

GIS (Geographic Information System) par cadastral map — har Khasra ki boundary drawn. UP, Rajasthan, MP, Bihar, Maharashtra sab ke apne Bhu Naksha portals hain. Land Stack future mein isse unified karega.

Map se area kaise samjhein?

Map par plot shape dikhegi — rectangle nahi to actual area text record se match karo. Irregular plot: boundary length × average width approximate; exact ke liye surveyor. Record 0.5 ha = 53,819.5 sq ft — map par wohi plot highlight hona chahiye.
