Card par area usually sq m mein. Convert: 100 sq m = 1,076.39 sq ft = 119.5989 Gaj. North village mein abadi plot "50 Gaj" bhi bolte — match karo.

SVAMitva vs Bhulekh — farak

Bhulekh/Jamabandi = agricultural revenue records (Khasra, Bigha context). SVAMitva = gaon ki mohalla/abadi residential plots. Ek hi family dono rakhti hai — khet alag record, ghar alag card. Dono verify karo.
